If I reset my phone
If I reset my device will that delete any passwords including Locked Notes passwords? I can not get in and I do not remember what the password is and the hint is not helping either

Locked Notes is linked to your iCloud, even if you reset your phone, it won’t help, because this is saved online, not on your phone. See if this link helps: How to lock notes on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch (scroll to the last section)
