Factory Reset

So I need to factory reset the iphone SE I have. It will not let me do anything on the phone it freezes up any time i Try to so I cant get into the settings to do the factory rest I need help with how to do it.

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won‘t turn on or is frozen

If your computer doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod
