My debit card was scammed. Some

unkown transaction of apple store arised. So, I changed my debit card. I think some problems happened here. Even if I put new payment method in my account, it is not working. I can still see 'your account is disabled.' How can I fix it?

Calling your Bank:

As for the card itself, contact your financial institution(i.e. bank) that is associated to the card. They(the bank) probably need to approve of it, based on reputation of use (being scammed). So, call the card company(the bank), letting them know that all is okay to precede with.

dagee: Since you said you changed card I was assuming you are using a new card. Apple won't have a record of that, but they may have encountered an issue with your old card after you canceled it and as a result they disabled your account. If you are seeing the message I posted then only Apple, not your bank, can resolve this. I would presume once Apple knows what is happening then you can enter your new card and it will automatically clear with your bank. If not, then contact your bank after contacting Apple.
