My iphone has hanged
Am i able to still bck up my iphone to itunes? I need to send to repair shop tomorrow.

Depending on the repair, the phone may, or may not, need to be restored when you get it back:
Get your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch ready for service
If the phone won't operate for the backup, and the repair wipes clean the phone, you'll have to restore from an old backup (iTunes or iCloud) when you get it back.
Note: if your computer is a newer Mac, iTunes is no longer used. Instead the Finder app on the Mac is used for backups and restores, but the functionality is the same.
