photos too dark on MAc

When I edit my raw or anything on my Mac they look perfect color and brightness.

But, when I send them to my phone or view them on my website on other devices that are not mac they look horrible and too bright. I need help!! I try to change the my Display brightness to MAX to match other devices but Mac brightness still too dark. I always need to send to my PC to make them darker.

I used photoshop but has nothing to do with what program i use or if i used raw... I meant everything looks perfect on mac but other devices too bright.

I think i want to by a new mac maybe is that. Any body?

Hi, eiotown! I can try to help you. It’s not necessary to buy a new Mac for that... but hey, if you wanted to buy ME one..( just a joke) .. anyways... go to system preferences>> displays>> hold down either the shift or option key on the keyboard until you see “Detect Displays”.let it do that...then calibrate your display.. one thing to note is that a Mac’s native gamma( for the display/monitor) is not the same as a PC’s native gamma. Which is why photos might look too bright . Yeah, so.. calibrate your monitor.. i don’t know what kind of Mac you have, what model, what year, what kind, or even what Mac OS you have on there.. so i can only give you general suggestions
