Hello. I want to buy new iPhone in US store online. I pays with my Ukrainian bank card and payment was cancelled. Why I can’t do this operation? I want to make a gift for my friend who live in US.
Contact your bank, please. Does your bank authorise international payments?
It is my understanding that if you want to buy something from the US online store that you need a US address and use a card connected to a US bank. Hopefully someone will correct me if I am wrong on this.

I called to my bank and they says that you don’t accept my payment and it returns on my account.
