iphone 12 bluetooth

This phone is driving me insane! trying to connect via bluetooth to other devices just isn;t happening. Yes I've turned bluetooth off and on again, several times, turned the phone off and on again several times and forgotten devices several times!! can anyone tell me what's going wrong? Need this for my fitness trackers

Af all that troubleshooting, i'd say you have to factory reset the phone.

make sure any data you want to keep is backed up
go to settings>general>reset (all the way at the bottom)>reset all settings
If this still doesn't fix it, you'll have to return the phone

Thank you - i'm definitely not impressed with this, my first Iphone, camera is rubbish and now this! I'll give it a go
