I am facing the issue with the AirTel network as the message displays when I try to connect the cellular that "Your AirTel account is not eligible"
Is porting to Jio makes a good choice? Kindly suggest to me.

AirTel should be good. Have you tried calling them?
You need to add the service with them.
The issue got resolved. I have ported the AirTel account to postpaid from prepaid.

Yes, while looking for the solution in this panel I have got the email id's, and I wrote to them. But not sure by when I will get the response from them.
