Airpods still wont connect to macbook

Iv'e tried reseting my airpods, turning my mac off and on but nothing seems to work. My airpods connect but i cant hear anything then they disconnect but i can hear the disconnecting sound. They work fine on my phone

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.13
