can I plug the MacBook Pro m1 to the power all the time so I reduce battery cycle and battery lasts longer

You can leave your computer plugged in when convenient to do so. Neither your computer nor battery will be damaged. Leaving it plugged in reduces the rate of accumulation of battery cycles.
