Black square
Hi
on my iPad Pro there is a square that I can move all over the screen and its on every page showing - notification centre, custom, device, Siri, home, control centre.
my question is how do I remove it?

You have likely activated Assistive Touch.
You can configure and/or disable Assistive Touch in iPad Settings:
Settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch > AssistiveTouch - set to OFF
