Translucent Bullseye Removal

A couple of months ago a translucent bullseye appeared on the screen of my iPad Pro. If I tap it it opens a black screen with shortcuts to 6 things, such as custom, notifications, and so on. It’s an annoying thing and I’dlike to clear it permanently from my desktop but I don’t know how. Can someone help me?

That would be the Assistive Touch function. More details of enabling/disabling, configuration and use of this feature can be found here:
