Why is people on my block list still able to contact me

To start, we want to make sure that the numbers that are contacting you are still on your block list. Take a look at the steps listed in the article below to check or add numbers to your block list, making sure that the numbers are entered correctly and blocked for Messages and Phone calls:

If the numbers are correctly blocked but still coming through, we would then want to check to make sure that your iPhone is up to date with the most recent iOS version available for it. You can check for updates by going to Settings > General > Software Update. We also want to check to see if there are any carrier updates available by going to Settings > General > About:
