Why does my iPhone 11pro Burn My Skin

After a year of having my phone, my left hand burns when I hold things (pitchers, pots, etc) my left eyelid twitches, and my tears (yawning) sting....all on my left phone hand. I started switching to my right....then my shoulder started twitching.

Now, I’m thinking of getting a landline phone because something doesn’t feel right. When I hold my phone the hair on my body moves and I get the chills.

is anyone else experiencing this? Is my phone defective? How do I have the emissions checked?

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 14

A cell phone is not capable of producing any "emissions" that would cause the problems you're describing. The most a phone can do is make whatever part of your body it touches warm.

However, you could well have a repetitive stress injury from holding things too long or too tightly. As suggested above, see a doctor.
