macbook bootcamp stuck on preparing automatic repair

i recently factory reset my macbook pro 2017 with touch bar. i have nothing downloaded on it but windows 10. i ran bootcamp and set up windows 10 but couldn’t connect to wifi. so i tried going back to macos by rebooting, i must’ve done something wrong because it kept going to the “infinite repair loop” screen which says “preparing automatic repairs” and when i tried to restart it would end up back there, and nothing works it would end up an error and when i got to command start up, my keyboard does not work.
