My new iPhone running iOS 14.4.xx has difficulty with BlueTooth Connectivity. When delivered brand new from T-Mobile in mid-February, it Would Not recognize Any Bluetooth devices (not even my JLab True Wireless ANC ear buds or new HP Envy printer).
