When I try to download the Apple News App, a message pops up that “restrictions” are on and that I have to turn them off. They are off under “screen time” and I don’t know what other restrictions or whatever is actually blocking the App. Please help.

It worked! I didn’t change the region, but I am in a different region for a while. How did you know? That seems so obscure! Thank you!!!
