Login photo is blurred/pixelated on Startup

Hi,

I faced with a such issue: my user photo is blurred/pixelated when I re-start Mac OS.

This issue doesn't appear when I logout and login again.

I've read on Reddit that might be occurred when the FileValut feature is on. I turned it off to find out if the problem would be fixed. Bingo! It worked.

So, the problem is I don't want to keep the FileValut off, yet I want to see clear user photo when I start the MacBook.

Anyone faced the same issue? What would you recommend to do?
