HomePod stuck configuring

My HomePod is stuck configuring... for hours, hours and nothing...
I tried all the possibilities that were described.
Hard reset, removal from account, connection to a new network (WiFi or HotSpot) on another device (another iPhone)
 and still nothing.
Can someone help me?
I repeated all the steps many times and each time it ends the same - it configuring...

That is an unfortunate position to be in. HomePod is only supported in the countries where it has been officially released. Did you try completely deleting the Home through the Home app before attempting a reset once more? You might also forget your network so that is fresh too, HomePod may work best on non-mesh networks, with only a single SSID known to your iPhone.

Do you know what firmware it has? Is the new home associated with the same Apple ID? It might be that you new to back to a ground state where nothing is configured or remembered. I had to do this to get a HomeKit lamp working after months of failed attempts to add it back to my Home. Nuke everything and wait at least 30 minutes before trying to rebuild so there is nothing left of the old settings to sync back through iCloud Keychain.
