iPhone battery health

I have been using my iPhone 11 for about 9 months. I bought it in June or July. My battery health is already 85%. This is really bothering me. The battery was really good at the start but then it dropped like anything.

Can I get the battery replaced for free because the phone is still in warranty?

And another small thing.. When we get the battery replaced, is the charging port replaced too?
