Apple TV not connecting to WIFI

can anyone help me with connecting my WIFI to my Apple TV? my passwords are correct, I got a WIFI Extender, and reseted my device as well but it won't connect nor to my phone either. I can't update it either because the WIFI won't connect. Unless I'm still doing it wrong.
