If your router/access point is set to WPA3, then older devices may not be able to connect to that Wi-Fi. Try setting “WPA3 + WPA2” compatibility mode.
Could that be it?

You should be able to select the new Wi-Fi network by its (new) SSID network name, same as for other devices.

The same thing happened the last wifi change but I can’t remember how I fixed it.
Only the Apple TV doesn’t connect, all other devices are connected to the same network.
