Apple Gift Card Problem.

I purchased a gift card and when I put it on my App Store, the money didn't appear and so I tried again. Then, it said that it was already collected and so now I don't have my money :(. What can I do?

Log out of the iTunes Store, and then back in. If the balance doesn’t correctly update, click here and contact its staff.
