Are Iphone 7 sims compatibale with Iphone 11s? Can I used the same Sim from my iphone 7 in my Iphone 11. I know that Iphone 11' also have an eSIM, is something I would need to purchase?

You can just use the SIM card that you used on your iPhone 7. Activating eSIM on iPhone 11 is optional and depends if your carrier supports eSIM.
The sim from your 7 must be the same carrier as the 11 you buy.
