iPad activation
Hello,
I have two iPads. Both are not working right now. They ask me to activate them, but they can't connect to wifi at the same time.
I am wondering if you can help me fixing the issue.
Sincerely,
iPad mini, iOS 9

You may have greater chance of success in activating your iPad if you connect your iPad to a PC (with iTunes installed) or a Mac (with iTunes or Finder - as appropriate for the installed version of macOS). Once connected to your computer, your iPad will be detected - and you should be able to activate using iTunes.

The following message appears:
"Your iPad could not be activated because the activation server is temporarily unavailable. Try connecting your iPad to iTunes to activate it, or try again in a couple of minutes."

Can you expand upon this - with some additional information?
