I just purchased a new Iphone 12 mini and am activating it etc ... all the apps have transferred to the new phone but what is missing in my Wallet is my Apple Credit Card ? What do I need to do to fix this?

You have to add it back manually. It will not get transferred over when you activate a new phone. Just make sure that you are logged in with the same Apple ID and go to the Wallet to add it.
