I’m still paying 13$ a month for Apple care or some warranty on my phone but when I put my serial number in it says it has a expired so I can’t fix my cracked screen.. but I’m still paying monthly ?

Not sure but I got this phone like 14 months ago from the Apple store and every month I’m getting a 13$ Charge for warranty and it says I’m expired to get a repair
Yah it says the fiest one is valid then the second and 3rd say expired but I’m still paying
