Phone Wont Charge
My phone wont charge. It has been on charge all day. It sometimes charges enough to turn on and then dies again. I have marketing stuff saved on that phone that I dont want to lose. Help?

try a different charger, a different cable.. try rotating the lightning connector 180 degrees..
grab a flashlight and look up into the lightning port. Any obstructions? If so, power down the phone and grab something nonmetallic (ie a toothpick) and carefully clear out any debris
