I just bought the Philo tv app from iTunes. When I logged onto my TV using the Apple TV app, the Philo tv app does not show up. I set up homesharing already. when I log onto my account, my apple TV does not show up as one of my devices.
You will need a newer model to be using that app on Apple TV.
