I pad won’t turn on and won’t do anything at all when plugged in to multiple different chargers. It’s not that old and worked perfectly the week before. It’s just a dead black screen. I did try to charge it for 24 hours but still nothing, however it was slightly warm after the charge.

That is a 2018, 6th gen, 9.7 inch screen iPad.
It is not very old to have a battery problem, but rechargeable, Lithium-ion batteries can prematurely fail with no real reason.
You need to search online to locate and call contact your nearest, “local” Apple Store location to try/attempt to make an appointment to get your 6th gen iPad diagnosed and possible options presented to you.

What year and model iPad do you have/own?
The “A” model number can be found on aluminium back of your iPad in small print right under the larger bold print “iPad”.
It is possible that the battery has failed in that iPad.
It says A1954 on the back?
