Is this a Legitimate Apple support advisor toll free number 315-232-****?

Today I had received 7 calls from different numbers with Voicemail message since 1:08 to 3:17.

No. Apple will never "cold call" a customer asking you to contact them. You can safely ignore the message/block the number.
