GPS maps

Anyone having issues with using gps. I have tried Apple Maps and also tried the Waze and problem happens on both. It will say proceed to route and never redirect you.

I can't fix an incorrect route in Apple Maps. It is not showing up under REPORT ROUTE ISSUE For some reason, Maps keeps sending people coming to my hours into a graveyard (I don't live in a graveyard). I just went out and used Maps to guide me home and it did it again. But when I go into REPORT ROUTE ISSUE, that roue does not show up. How do I fix this? I have had at least 10 delivery people driving around a graveyard when trying to reach my house. Waze and Google Maps both work properly. And this is THE WORST reporting software I have ever used. No Maps? No "other iOS software"? Nothing for me to put this in.
