deleting my account
i want to delete my account, but it said i had to spend all the money off my itunes first, and right now i’m at 29 cents. how do i get rid of it?

You may need to contact apple to remove the remaining cents.
You would have to do that to change the region, I guess the same applies.

If you can't complete any of the steps, can't change your country or region, or you have less store credit than the cost of a single item, contact Apple Support.
