What to do:

Regardless of the number, I recommend using Messages for Mac. All will stay as it should, and will be printable right from it.

Three Thoughts:

A. Taking Screenshots:

You could take screenshots of them all, but that would be cumbersome. It could take up lots of time, and would be no more than images.

B. Use of Messages in iCloud:

If you turn on Messages in iCloud, you will see it on your Mac, and can keep a copy of it in there as a PDF document.

B. Use an App:

You'll find plenty of apps in the App Store for saving messages, but they are all so different. So, look for some in the App Store, if desired.
