My phone won’t update

update says I can’t update because I am no longer connected to the internet what do I do ?-iPhone 7

Do you have a good internet connection on Wi-Fi? You can only download an update on a stable Wi-Fi connection. Your iPhone won’t allow you to update on LTE or 4G
