Unauthorised Apple Reseller

More than likely, the reseller that you are/were dealing with is not an Authorized Retailer. You can ➔ Apple Support and get ask them to verify.

Provide the Apple Rep with their eMail address, etc, and, if applicable, show what need be to Apple, by performing a screensharing session. Show some information with them, so they can see this from your perspective. Question - Can you also contact the reseller and ask them about the receipt discrepancy? They may have a valid explanation. I am also curious. Thanks.
