Where have hair Highlight fine for emoji gone

Where have the hair highlights for emoji’s gone. I can change my hair color but there is no highlight function anymore

iPhone XR, iOS 14

Cant select other skin colors on emojis I can’t select other skin colors on any emojis other than the defult yellow. Such as these 🙂😘🙃. You should be able to tap and hold down on the emoji and different colors should appear, but only the default shows up. Any way to fix this?
