So my iPhone deleted somehow 900 of my photos randomly when I booted it up and I can’t find them... I had specifically 1,325 photos on my IPhone 6s yesterday, but when I booted it up today, all those photos were gone, and I never put them in the “Recently deleted” album either.

That's not how iPhones work. Things just don't delete themselves.
