Why can't my child's account see my purchases in Apple TV or iTunes
Hello,
Today, my child (a member of my family account) has been unable to watch tv shows that we have previously purchased. Both I and my wife can see all the programmes in our libraries.
Apple TV gets stuck on a 'loading' page when trying to access the library.
I have just tried to access it through iTunes, and ended up having to pay for one of the TV Shows again.
Does anyone have any ideas about how to resolve this?
I'm feeling grumpy about it. I'm finding Apple increasingly difficult to use and share ... does anyone else feel the same?
