Logic Pro X detecting different sample rates

I'm fairly new to Logic and music production in general and using the Logic Pro 10.6.1 trial on my Macbook Pro. I keep getting "Error trying to synchronize Audio and Midi. Check conflict between Logic Pro and external device" while playing back. Whenever I get this message, I get different sample rates that is detected such as 40 668, 40 920, 41 872, 39 724, 41 524, and even more sample rates detected when I get the error. Not sure what is causing this problem. I used a MIDI keyboard for some tracks, but I get these errors even when the keyboard isn't connected.

I would like for you to try all of these separately and perhaps in conjunction.

What is your buffer size set to? Try 1024.

On tracks that have Plug-ins try using the Freeze function.

Are you using some kind of Aggregate Device? Turn off.

Turn off any tracks that are using Reaktor.

If this was helpful, I ask that you Mark As Helpful. Thank you.

Look to any third party plugins you're using. If you've downloaded a bunch of freebies or "cracked" plugins I would start there.

If you're now to this... plugins and virtual instruments (Logic's Drums. Alchemy, ES2...etc) use the computers processor to create sound, some of the instruments are very CPU intensive. You can't endlessly stack effects on virtual instrument tracks without pushing the CPU past a stable point. After trying Mr. Grey's suggestions, try running your sessions after a computer restart, before running any other applications. Also try using only Logic plugins/instruments.
