I have Samsung Xpress M2830DW printer which was working fine with my Macbook Pro. After Big Sur OS upgrade it stopped working. I am not able to find drive on-line either.
Did anyone face the same issue and able to resolve?

As long as the Xpress M2830DW is networked (wired or wireless) it is supported by Apple's built-in AirPrint driver in macOS Big Sur. That means vendor driver independence.
HP updated the Big Sur driver for this device on Feb 11, 2021 to v3.93.01. This device driver is unnecessary if you choose AirPrint.
For AirPrint support, and with the device networked and powered, visit System Preferences > Printers & Scanners panel. Right-click on your Samsung device entry, and choose Reset printing system… This will remove the device from the Printers listing, and allow you to re-add it after selecting AirPrint on the driver menu. Once re-added, you should be able to print.
If you decide on the above HP driver, then select it in the preceding paragraph instead of AirPrint.

The Samsung Xpress M2830DW is listed as AirPrint compatible in this Apple document: About AirPrint - Apple Support which means it can print wirelessly. So get out the manual for it and see how to set it up for wireless printing via WiFi.
AirPrint will quite happily support wired Ethernet-connected devices, or my Samsung duplex laser would not be printing now.
