What is the Battery Health?:

When the Battery Health is 80% or lower, it is time for a new battery.

  1. Go To: Settings
  2. Tap: Battery
  3. Tap: Battery Health
  4. View: Percentage.

See About Getting this Serviced:

You have a One-YearOut-of-the-BoxLimited-Warranty. So, if less than 80% contact Apple Support, and see if you can get this serviced.

Provide Apple Feedback:

Do your Part: If you think something does not work as it should, then I recommend that you report this to Apple.  Apple Support will not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is going on and what needs to be fixed.

  1. Go Here: Feedback - Apple - iPhone
  2. Select: "Performance" for the "Feedback Type"
  3. Comment On: When you came across this, and how you have troubleshot it, thus far
  4. Proceed from there as necessary.
