Dropbox upgrade from Dropbox Plus to Family plan not happening but have been charged
Upgraded my existing paid Dropbox Plus plan to Family plan via iPhones Subscritpion section. Money already taken from my account and message was that the plan will be active immediately but this is not happening. In iOS subscription section the Family plan is showing active but in Dropbox App (and also looking into Dropbox account via Chrome) still the old Dropbox Plus plan shows and don't have the " Family" tab visible so that could invite Family members. Need help as seems to be common problem but without any clear instructions how to solve.
