Which Mac's port use to charge iPhone (USB-A or USB-C)

Hi. I use Mac mini (2018 Intel) to charge iPhone.

Mac mini has USB‑A and Thunderbolt 3 (USB‑C).

Is it any difference which cable to use for charging iPhone?

  1. cable USB-A > Lighting
  2. cable Thunderbolt (USB-C) > Lighting

Does USB-C port will charge iPhone faster?

Thanks.

Mac mini, macOS 11.2
