I use MacOS 10.13 High Sierra - My Apple software shows is up to Date, M/Soft indicates I need to update MacOS ?

I use MacOS 10.13 High Sierra & have M/Soft 365 subscription but my MS updates now advise req. to update MacOS but my system does not indicate I need any software updates ? Can anyone help me please as I need to update Outlook Mail,Word,Excel & Powerpoint.

Microsoft 365 now requires macOS 10.14 or later. You need a 2012 or later Mac to upgrade.
