My notes will open for a second or two and then my phone takes my back to my home screen. I have tried unloading the app, resetting network settings, hard shut off and nothing has solved it. I have over 400 notes and they are saved on my phone, not my iCloud. Please help!!!!

If your Notes app is still crashing after all those steps, then you may be able to try enabling iCloud Notes syncing by going to Settings > [your name] > iCloud, then turn on Notes. With any luck, your notes will sync in the background to iCloud so you can see them on another device or by going to the iCloud website using a computer.
However, if those steps do not work, then the notes may not be recoverable sorry to say.

My notes on my phone is continuing to crash when I open it it just goes back to the Home Screen. All of the notes are saved to my phone not iCloud. Yesterday I backed my phone up and did a restore to factory settings function and then loaded the iCloud back up and the notes app is still crashing is there anything else I can do???
