I recently moved to a new apartment and won’t be getting WiFi anytime soon. My IPad is starting to crash and slow down from not updating/backing it up. I’ve found no way in the settings to backup/update Without WiFi. Any recommendations?

You need wifi but if you don't have wifi then try going to a store or a mall to get wifi.
Please make BackUps possible with the iPhone 4G, 5G, or other internet connections, other than WiFi!! I’m having Family issues, I do not drive (due to an accident), and I only have Cellular Data!!
