How can I see on which phone number I received a text message, when using multi sim solution?

I have 2 phone numbers in my iPhone and I would like to know, when I receive a text message, which phone number is the recipient of that text message.

I could not find this information on my own, perhaps it is hidden. I would appreciate any hint, solution on this topic.

Cellular iPad sending messages to SMS group chats from its own sim card? I have a 11" iPad Pro M1 with cellular. I created a SMS group chat with a bunch of friends to plan a camping trip. When I sent the message several people asked what phone number it was that sent it since nobody had that number in their contacts. I checked on my iPhone and it does not show any unknown numbers. Does the iPad send text messages with its own phone number if your iPhone is not nearby or on the same WiFi network?
