Watch allergy

I have an allergy all the way round my wrist from my apple watch. I switch wrists, but both wrists are now red and sore. Any ideas? It seems to be the back of the watch and the strap itself.

You should check with your Doctor to see if you are allergic to materials in the Apple Watch
