AirPods Pro engraving

I got my AirPods Pro. but after I buyed them I got to know that we can engrave our name on the charging case. can I go to apple store and ask them to engrave my name on it. can they do it ?

Hi there,

No this wouldn’t be possible, engraving is an online exclusive. Apple stores don’t have the facilities to engrave. If they have been bought recently you may have the option to return them, see Apple’s returns policy here: https://www.apple.com/uk/shop/help/returns_refund
